This app is good and handy. I will never understand why an App that cost so much would not notify you when the #1 reason you have a security system - THE BURGLARY ALARM - is activated! Major oversight. Would probably have given it 5 stars if it had this fundamental feature.

I keep entering in the same stuff and it goes and retrieves it and wont save anything!!!!

Does not work with iOS 8 do not buy this app

Doesnt work with OS 8 update. Lost all of my settings. Tried to set up multiple times and it does not save the data.

Snaplink does not seem to be compatible with ios8. All I get is a white screen and all the home automation functions dont show up.

I have an iPhone 4s and upgraded to iOS8. All my Snaplink data is gone. It cant be updated until HAI catches up with Apple. They admit that accounts dont display correctly (their words). They have no timetable nor a plan to alert current customers. Real customer support.

Since the worst update Apple IOS program does not run, pure crap the iphone 6

The app keeps crashing after i update i can not save the settings. Why is it not working with my iPhone 6? Tried several times now and every time I put in all the codes and try and save it, it erases all the info I just typed in and takes me back to the home screen. Never had this problem with the iPhone 5. I just bought Haiku to control HAI on my i6 and it works way better than snap link. Dont waste time buying this. VERY surprised they even put there name in this app for how bad it performs compared to competition!

The only thing snappy is me still trying to access my account from 1400 miles away. As I drove away I tried to set the alarm and temps for the winter. I had to turn around drive 30 miles back and manually set the system Guess what? They do not care. No update. No support. Just finished a new house and I was planning to use the Snap link system in the new house. Having strong negative second thoughts.

When will this be compatible? Very frustrating.

This app still Wont work on iOS 8 and thus iPhone 6

I’m told an iOS update it coming. It’s been submitted, just waiting for the app store to approve it. Also it’s my understanding that accounts are still there, just not able to be viewed in this version of the app with iOS8. Once updated the accounts “should” be visible and usable again.

Ive been an HAI user for many years. Several years back HAI sold to Leviton and I was sad to hear this as while Im sure Jay McLellan made out well l, I was wondering how Leviton would invest in the company. Well, now we are here several weeks after iOS8 and the app doesnt work. Leviton claims they submitted a new release to Apple for review but comon guys, it doesnt take that long for approval. Unfortunately Leviton is not investing well in this product. Sadly it may be time to start looking for an alternative....

Worth the wait - love it!

just downloaded the updated version, and it works!!! menu is the same. GUI looks nice. worth the wait.

Improved interface to match Omnitouch 7". I would like to see the remaining screens updated to match. All functions work as expected. Nice improvement and a much needed facelift.

Update posted 4 Oct 14...new update today and all works great. Thanks Leviton! Update: installed IOS 8.0.2 and no change. Will not save configuration. Just wish Leviton would hurry up and get update approved and published. ******************** This is response from Leviton to my inquiry reference update to IOS 8. "As you might be aware, we had to test the app in iOS 8, and the first day we could submit our update was Monday, September 15th. It’s in Apple’s hands as they review. This is the SAME APP (Snap-Link Mobile) with a new GUI, optimized for iOS 8…customers will simply need to update via app store. Our engineer says: “The accounts arent deleted... for some reason iOS 8 doesnt display them correctly. Once our new update is pushed it should fix the issue.""

New update today! Works perfectly. Did not even have to re enter account info. Updated 2 iPads and 1 iPhone in seconds! Yahoo!
