Downloaded the app earlier this week. Here a few specific suggested improvements: ability to set-up custom notifications for security / zones on iPhone; ability to export / email events; ability to program security settings from app; text message notifications for daily event report for security.
Events will not tell you what state your alarm was armed. For example away or night or disarm if you use a user code you get nothing but date and time. If quick arm it will say system away. If code is used just lists code name and no state.
Needs to at least be able to be downloaded and run on iPhone 5....its not that old yet!!!
Version 1.16 will not work with iPad mini running iOS 9.2. Update says not compatible and will not continue. Leviton needs to fix this app to insure compatibility.
Why would you drop support for the iPad 4? It can run the latest version of iOS. Your app doesnt need a lot of power to run. Yet another reason to abandon old Leviton security system. None of your security panels keep proper time without additional hardware. Old outdated hardware with a poorly written app.
I have had a hai system since 2007 and since have used the H@ME app. With the new upgrades of iphones over the years I lost too many features, so i decided to upgrade to the Leviton app when the price dropped. I have had it about 6 months now and couldnt be happier. It has worked flawlessly on every level. I have over 50 lights, 2 t-stats, and 75 zones of alarm sensors, 8 zones of the hifi system, 4 ip cameras and the music gateway. Nothing too crazy, only about 60 programming lines. It would be nice to edit the programs through the app ( i have to call the installation co, every time i want to make a major change). But all in all i havent had any of the issues proclaimed by others... Thanks! AP
The current version will not update on my iPad even though it shows a + on the update button which indicates the app is compatible with the iPhone and the iPad. Now my update icon shows I have an app to update. How about fixing this problem, or better yet, publish an app specifically for the iPad like many apps already do. UPDATE: The latest version now works on my iPad. Thanks to Leviton/HAI for getting the job done.
Just downloaded the APP to replace an old app I had from H@me that stopped working with IOS8. Everything looks great so far however in the Audio zone page, youre missing the + and - buttons which is needed to control the device, playlist (With IPOD), etc.. Hope to see these two buttons added to the next release.
While the local thermostat monitors relative humidity , the data is not transmitted via the app.
