Not compatible with iOS8

I have an iPhone 4s and upgraded to iOS8. All my Snaplink data is gone. It cant be updated until HAI catches up with Apple. They admit that accounts dont display correctly (their words). They have no timetable nor a plan to alert current customers. Real customer support.
