If you live in canada and bell is your ISP then snap link wont wok with your router. Theres an apparent conflict between the two. Leviton/hai are not planning on repairing it since according to Leviton its a Bell issue. (You have to remove wifi to use it) Installing it is also a headache - Does not work in landscape mode, only works in portrait mode - Resets any time you wait more than 15 seconds while entering your key codes. App is also prone to jamming.

love the app, would love for them to put push notification in the app so you can get notification on alarm or zone issues

Unable to make it work with iOS 8!! Account dissapear

Cant get the accounts to save in IOS8. After the config successfully retrieves and u hit save, the account just disappears.

I called apple and requested a refund, but they said that Im beyond redound time. That my most expensive app. Whats going on with this guys

Doesnt work with iOS 8. Good thing I dropped 5K on my home automation system. Lutron you need to do way better than that.

Through my domotique specialist, we informed them their app wasnt working with IOS8. Their only answer was they could not submit their update to Apple before IOS8 was ready for download. Frankly, thats absolute crap. They just didnt do their work on time. That is unacceptable from a company like them.

Im getting sick of everything HAI/Leviton getting no follow up support or updates. This branch of Levitons business is going to tank if they continue to ignore their end users needs.

Annoying that it wasnt ready earlier but great new UI and didnt have to set up all over again.

The most expensive app on my device is the last to be ready for IOS updates. I want a refund. And after all that NOT SHAREABLE!! (unless purchased after June if this year) Negative stars for this app and HAI! I’m Buying Haiku!

The event log in the latest version of snaplink doesnt show the alarm activity. This has been a problem that the folks at snaplink have been aware of for months and there is no ETA for a fix. Might be a good time to start converting my customers to Haiku (which I believe has much better reviews anyways)

While the current version works well with iPhone 6, it no longer supports the iPad. If Snaplink moble has already been installed with a prior version, it will function, but it will refuse to update.

I bought this app so I could control my Russound audio from my Apple Watch. Unfortunately that only works from the iPhone app, and I already had that capability from a different app. I can now control lights from my watch, that seems to work fine.

Ok now it works on iPhone 4s but not on IPad mini. If you start the app with ipad mini in landscape mode youll get a blank page ...

Let me see. Where to start? First there is a security problem because the switch that says "require a password" magically turns off. The thermostat display doesnt indicate if the hvac system is running. On units you cant set timers. Program often hangs. I guess I could go on and on about broken or missing features but its clear that Leviton has no interest in fixing them. There are other apps out there that are much better.

App is reliable and works well overall. Two things I would like to see different, push notifications for alarms; and to be able to rearrange the order of any list.

Downloaded the app earlier this week. Here a few specific suggested improvements: ability to set-up custom notifications for security / zones on iPhone; ability to export / email events; ability to program security settings from app; text message notifications for daily event report for security.
