Snap link

The only thing snappy is me still trying to access my account from 1400 miles away. As I drove away I tried to set the alarm and temps for the winter. I had to turn around drive 30 miles back and manually set the system Guess what? They do not care. No update. No support.
Just finished a new house and I was planning to use the Snap link system in the new house. Having strong negative second thoughts.
